The club's A.G.M. was held last week on 12th November at Woodcote Road and was extremely well attended - thanks to all those that took the time out to attend and be part of the decision making process.

This year we have adopted a revised constitution creating a number of sub committees which allows operational responsibility to be devolved to smaller groups of people concentrating on their part of the clubs functions. We have also added in a new women's captain as well as the Women's 1st XI Captain and Soft ball captains. The women's captain will sit on the main management committee as well as chairing the Women's playing committee.

Whilst there are still a few positions yet to be filled, some have been provisionally filled awaiting acceptance by the individuals.

Just a final note on the women's 1st XI and softball captains - we are awaiting further information from Surrey as to the formats of the leagues and the impact this will have before voting for these positions. We are holding an EGM in February where we will vote on this alongside approving the budget for next year.
